Several area 1A-4A High Schools took part in Regional Basketball Tournaments this past week.
The Jasper Lady Pirates claimed a Regional Championship in 1A with over a half dozen other area teams moving on to State Tournaments this week.
The area qualifiers include:
1A at Truman (Marked Tree Host School)
Jasper Boys and Girls, Lead Hill Boys
2A at Cedar Ridge
Alpena Girls, Ozark Mountain Boys and Girls
3A at North Arkansas College (Valley Springs Host School)
Bergman Boys and Girls, Flippin Boys
4A at Magnolia
Berryville Girls
The State Tournament in all Classes gets underway on Tuesday and will go through the semi-finals on Saturday with Championship Games the following weekend in Hot Springs.
