Branson District Softball, Tennis Update

The Branson Lady Pirates finish their Tennis Season as a team though a Doubles Team will continue play.

The Lady Pirates lost a 5-2 decision in Springfield to Catholic High School in the Class 2 Team District Title Match Wednesday. The Lady Pirates had victories over Parkview and Glendale the previous two days on their fun to a second place finish. 

While the team's season has wrapped up, the Branson Doubles Team of Sylvie Barbour and Olivia Bunce recently won their District Title and will play in the State Tournament next week. 

Meanwhile in Softball, the Branson Lady Pirates open Class 5 District play this afternoon at 3:00 at Springfield Kickapoo against Nixa. Since an eight game losing in the middle of the season, the Lady Pirates finished the last month of the season with an 11-5 mark and have posted a 16-17 overall record.
