Football Recap 10/18

Friday night High School Football for the MOARK Schools included a rebound win for Reeds Spring and losses for the other area schools.

The Wolves broke a two-game losing streak shutting out Buffalo 38-0. The Wolves jumped out to a 30-0 halftime lead then got a third quarter score to put the game  clock in continuous mode. The Wolves move to 4-4 on the season. 

The Forsyth Panthers drop to 4-4 after Class 2 Number One Ranked Fair Grove rolled to a 48-13 win. The Panthers hung with the Eagles for the first quarter and a half with the Panthers only being down 21-14. Two late first half scoring drives by the Eagles put the game away. Tamarkus Holmes and Braxton Gross scored the touchdowns for the Panthers. 

Both Harrison and Hollister continue to find victories tough to come by as both held at one win for the season after Friday losses. The Goblins, fresh off their first win last week. dropped their contest at Morrilton 49-26 while Springfield Catholic pulls away for a 30-16 win over the Tigers.
