Friday Basketball Recap: Harrison Splits, Wins for Branson Girls, Forsyth Boys

While many schools will be resuming High School Basketball action this week, some MOARK Schools were in action on Friday.

Harrison Splits
The Goblins and Lady Goblins had their final non-conference tune-up for the season as they played at Bentonville West. Both games were close, as the Lady Goblins used London Lee's 15 points to hold off West 43-38 while the Goblins fell a point short, dropping a 55-54 contest as the home team hit a shot at the buzzer to win it. The Goblins and Lady Goblins will open 5A West Conference Play on Tuesday on the road at Mountain Home.

Wins for Branson, Forsyth
The Lady Pirates and Panthers saw their first action after Holiday Tournament play and secured road wins, Branson wins at Monett 46-35 while Forsyth grabs a 69-38 victory at Cassville. The Lady Pirates are back in action Monday at home to Blue Eye while the Panthers next game will be next Saturday as Forsyth plays Clinton in the Missouri Sports Hall of Basketball Classic in Bolivar.
