October has seen several schools compete in the Arkansas State Golf Championships with several area golfers having success.
The Harrison Goblins wrap-up a successful season on the links, finishing in third place at the 5A State Golf Championships at the Hot Springs Country Club with team score of 321. Little Rock Christian and Benton took the top team honors.
Berkley Knapp led the Goblins finishing in fourth place in the individual medalist race, shooting a 74 which was six shots behind the first place score.

Alpena
The girls finished ninth in the 2A Team competition with the boys team having a top ten individual finisher with Jaxon Woods finishing in a tie for seventh.
Flippin
The Bobcats finished seventh in the 3A Team event led by Peyton Moore who finished 10th in the individual tournament.
Kingston
The girls team took home second in the 1A Tournament and got the area's top honor with Lauren Fancher winning medalist honors for the tournament. Kingston also took home seventh place in the 1A Boys State Tournament.
Lead Hill
The Lady Tigers finished fourth in the 1A Tournament.
