High School Football District Action in Missouri, Week 9 of Regular Season in Arkansas

For Missouri Schools, it is now win or done for the High School Football Season while Arkansas Schools are in the final two weeks of the regular season.

Three of the four Lakes Area schools will be at home tonight in the opening round of the District Playoffs with Branson hosting Springfield Glendale in Class 5, Reeds Spring entertaining East Newton in Class 3, and Forsyth playing host to Willow Springs in Class 2. Meanwhile, Hollister will be on the road for their opening round game at Mt Vernon. Kick-off for all games will be at 7:00. 

Meanwhile, Week Nine of the regular season has schools trying to make a late push for a playoff spot, including the Harrison Goblins, who play their final regular season home game tonight against Clarksville. The Goblins look to win out tonight plus next week at Pea Ridge to secure a spot in the 5A Playoffs.

In other area games, Berryville and Green Forest have road games at Lincoln and Huntsville one week ahead of their annual match-up with each other to close the regular season which is hosted this year by Green Forest.
