MOARK Sports: Game Coverage over the Weekend, Coming Up This Week

Recapping some of the games covered by MOARK Sports this past weekend and upcoming this week:

Branson
The Pirates rallied but fell short as they lost to Nixa at home 5-4. While three Eagles' errors helped the Pirates stay in the game, the visitors were able to score twice in the top of the seventh and hold off a Pirate rally in their half of the seventh to send the Pirates to their third loss of the season, two by one run.

Harrison
The Goblins went to Shiloh Christian in Springdale and secured a 15-2 win to notch their sixth win of the season.

Hollister
The Tigers dropped their opening game on MOARK last Thursday, falling to Carl Junction at home 2-0.

Reeds Spring
The Wolves notched their first win of the season on Friday, outscoring Greenwood at Barnhouse Field in Republic 11-10.

Other action over the weekend:
Forsyth
The Panthers played in a tournament at Equity Bank Sports Complex in Harrison and won all three games they played. However, according to information received by a parent in the program, the Panthers ended up forfeiting Friday's win over Tuckerman as a pitcher's eligibility was miscalculated. The Panthers did win that game on the field 11-0 but it was recorded as a loss. Forsyth did win their final two games of the tournament, beating Buffalo Island Central and Melbourne by identical 9-1 scores.2

Games This Week include:
