Arkansas Regional Tournaments Wrap, Missouri Districts Continue

Postseason Tournaments are about to catch-up on their schedules after last week's winter weather.

Regional Tournaments in Arkansas will wrap-up over the next two days.

In 4A action at Farmington on Sunday, the host Cardinals beat the Harrison Goblins in a boys semi-final match-up 75-50 while Berryville defeated Shiloh Christian 69-48 in the other semi-final. The Goblins will play Shiloh for third at 5:30, the Bobcats will match-up with Farmington for the championship at 8:30 tonight. 

On the girls side, Harrison dropped a 47-43 decision to Prairie Grove while Farmington rolled by Gentry 67-45. Harrison will play Gentry for third at 4:00 this afternoon. Both Harrison Games will be on MOARK Sports Dot Com and on 94.9 FM/AM 900 KHOZ.

Other regional tournaments will wrap-up today while some will end Tuesday. Schedules for area teams:

1A at County Line Semi-finals:
Western Grove vs. County Line Girls 4:00
Jasper vs. Kingston Girls 7:00
Western Grove vs. New School Boys 8:30

2A at Eureka Springs Semi-finals:
Flippin vs. Cotter Girls 4:00
Eureka Springs vs. Alcorn Boys 5:30
Yellville-Summit vs. Mansfield Girls 7:00
Cotter vs. Lavaca Boys 8:30

3A at Booneville Final Round:
Bergman vs. Valley Springs Girls 7:00 (Championship)

Meanwhile in Missouri, area teams start play in the Class 4 Boys District at Mountain Grove. Two of those teams will play each other, as Forsyth and Hollister match-up in the opening game at 5:00 while Reeds Spring will play Willow Springs at 6:30. Both games can be heard on MOARK Sports Dot Com.
