Baseball, Softball Back on Track after Rainy Week: UPDATE

After a week of heavy rainfall in the region, Baseball and Softball Postseason and Regular Season contests are scheduled for today with several games covered by MOARK Sports. Update on Missouri District Softball.

Harrison Regional Baseball/Softball
Delayed a day due to rain, the 4A-North Regional Tournament does get underway today at Morrilton with both Harrison teams in action. The Goblins open the Baseball Regional at 10:00 this morning taking on Dardanelle while the Lady Goblins Softball squad will take on Clarksville. Both match-ups will be covered by MOARK Sports with the baseball match-up to also air on 94.9 KHOZ. 

Other regional tournaments will get underway today after being delayed from Thursday, including the 1A-1 Baseball and Softball Regional hosted by Omaha High School and being played at the Equity Sports Complex in Harrison. 

Missouri District Softball UPDATE
The Class 2 District Tournament scheduled to begin today in Clever has now been postponed until Monday. The Forsyth Lady Panthers will play Marionville at 5:00 with game to be covered by MOARK Sports. Another area team is in action as well as host Clever plays Hollister at 3:30. Other area schools are in the Class 1 District at Fordland.

Branson Baseball Regular Season Home Finale
Delayed from Thursday, the Pirates host Carl Junction in the final home game of the regular season at 4:30 on MOARK Sports. 

Other events delayed from Thursday will include the Central Ozark Conference Track meet in Carthage.
