Postseason Basketball Begins/Continues, Regular Season Wraps

Small high schools in Arkansas continue postseason basketball action, small schools begin postseason in Missouri while larger schools in both states wrap-up their regular seasons.

Postseason action began for Missouri schools Monday including a game heard on MOARK Sports Dot Com as the Blue Eye Bulldogs won their opening round game over Fordland 69-37 at the Class 2 District in Galena. Blue Eye will play Crane in the semi-finals on Wednesday after the Pirates beat Bradleyville in their first round match-up 68-29. The host Galena Bears are the tournament's top seed and they will play Billings in Wednesday's semi-finals. 

Postseason action will continue for several schools in northern Arkansas on Wednesday with play in 1A through 4A Regional Tournaments. 

Tonight on MOARK Sports, postseason coverage continues as the Blue Eye Lady Bulldogs will play Springfield Greenwood in Class 2 District action at Crane at 7:30. Also today in postseason play, the Forsyth Lady Panthers open Class 3 District action at Sparta against Springfield Catholic at 5:00. Also on MOARK Sports today, the Harrison Goblins begin the final week of their regular season with a Girls/Boys doubleheader at Russellville. Those games can also be heard on 94.9 KHOZ with the Girls Game at 6:00, Boys to follow around 7:30.
