Razorback Player from Lakes Region Up for National Award

A member of the Arkansas Razorback Football team with a connection to the Lakes Region is a finalist for a National Award.

Jordan Silver, the Razorback Long Snapper who graduated from Branson High School, is a finalist for the Patrick Manley Award which honors the top long snappers in College Football. 

Silver was recruited by several colleges after high career as the Pirates long-snapper eventually choosing to go to Fayetteville and become a Razorback. He has been the Razorback's primary long snapper after Red Shirting his first year in 2017. 

The award is named after longtime NFL Long Snapper Patrick Manley, who had a 16 season career with the Chicago Bears.
