Tuesday Recap: Hollister Pins First Loss on Forsyth, Harrison Sweeps

The Hollister Tigers avenge an earlier defeat an pin the first loss of the season on the Forsyth Panthers.

Hollister holds on for a 57-54 win that saw both teams surge back and forth in the lead. Ethan Wright got hot from behind the arc hitting several shots, including one from near midcourt to end the third quarter, that helped propel the Tigers to the win. Wright ended up leading all scorers with 22 points while Garrett Snyder added 21. Ryder Blevins and Cooper Voliva scored 15 each to lead the Panthers. 

The win for the Tigers avenges a four point loss to the Panthers in the Forsyth Tournament final back in December. The loss puts Hollister at 14-3 for the season while the Panthers fall to 14-1.
