Friday and Saturday saw the beginning of Spring Sports Coverage on MOARK Sports.
On Friday, Branson and Forsyth both had opening day wins. The Baseball Pirates posted a 15-0 home win over Parkview while the Softball Lady Panthers get the 6-0 shutout home opening win over Spokane. Also Friday in Forsyth, the Baseball Panthers gave up three first inning runs before rolling to a 14-4 win over Reeds Spring in a game moved from Reeds Spring due to wet field conditions.
On Saturday, the Forsyth Baseball Panthers equaled Branson's feat by knocking off Parkview 15-0 while Reeds Spring had their first home game spoiled by Monett 12-1.
Today's featured game on MOARK Sports will have Branson hitting the road to take on Rogersville, who will play their season opening game this afternoon at 4:30.
