Branson Baseball Pirates Face Glendale in District Semi-final

The Branson Pirates, having won their first District Baseball Tournament games in five years, now have their sites set to take the next step.

The  Pirates, who after that 2017 opening round win, had been shutout in their next four consecutive tournament games, rallied for a 5-4 win over Bolivar Tuesday night and face a rematch with Glendale in this evening's Class 5 District Semi-final at Pirate Park. The two teams did meet in the regular season with the Falcons knocking off the Pirates 3-0. The game will begin around 6:30 and can be heard on MOARK Sports Dot Com. 

This afternoon's opening semi-final at Pirate Park will have top seed Willard taking on West Plains. They two winners will meet for the District Title Saturday afternoon.
